Fiberglass
Fiberglass is a versatile reinforcing material used extensively in the composites industry. It comes in various forms to meet diverse application needs. Rovings, available as direct or assembled/multiend types, come in 600, 1200, 2400, and 4800 Tex, offering high tensile strength for demanding projects. Chopped Strand Mat (CSM), available in emulsion and powder bonded forms, is offered in weights of 180, 225, 300, and 450 gsm, providing excellent conformability for complex shapes. Chopped strands for DMC (Dough Molding Compound) are available in 6-, 12-, and 25-mm lengths, ensuring a uniform dispersion in the compound. Woven Rovings, available in 400 and 600 gsm, deliver superior strength and durability for structural applications. Surface mats at 30 gsm offer a smooth finish and enhance the aesthetic quality of composite surfaces. Together, these fiberglass products ensure high performance and versatility in a wide range of industrial and commercial applications.
